Rate Estimates
Here is a 'general' rate plan. These are ONLY Estimates set for comparison purposes and the
average size yard and may not apply to your property. Everyone seems to think of their yard as
the 'average size' or 'very tiny' so until we have had the opportunity to see your grounds in
person, we can not give you a rate or honor sight unseen/telephoned quotes.
  •  Starting at $30 - Mowing Lawn (mulching).
Includes trimming around fences, trees, walks, drives, borders, and blowing surfaces.                 
Extensive requests or additional trimming outside of the normal area will be extra.

  •  Additional $10 to BAG yard clippings                         

  •  Starting at $15 - Edge trimming only

  •  Shrub & Hedge trimming individually quoted or $75/hr, $40 minimum. Billed in 1/4 hour
    increments after 1st hour.


  •  Flower bed & Planter weeding - $35/hour, $25 minimum. Increments of 1/4 hour after 1st.

  •  Fertilization, Pre Emergent application (varies upon size)

  •  Weed control (referral)

  •  Ant & Insect control each time (varies upon lawn size)

  •  Core Aeration & De-thatching starts at $100 each service (unavailable)

  •  $15 Sprinkler head & valve box flagging each time (for aeration)

  •  $20 - $60 trip charge to pick up your mulch, flowers, sod, plants, trees (under 20 gallon) PLUS
    materials. Mulch typically comes in Bags of 2.0 cubic feet or bulk by the yard. Both are available
    and will be priced at retail. Many types are available, including Pecan.

  •  Mulch application - $35/hr with 1 hr minimum. 2 man crew (more when available). Billed in
    1/4 hour increments after 1st hour.
  •  We do have FREE MULCH available. Call us for dteails.

  •  Gutter clean out, Yard Leaf clean up, and general yard clean ups start at $65/hr. 1 hour
    minimum. Billed in 1/4 hr increments after 1st hour. We will bag this up but will NOT haul
    this off if you have regular trash pick up. For those with 'city container' trash, there will
    be an additional $15 disposal fee for us to remove it to our site. WE WILL NOT haul off
    your old refrigerator or appliances, old fences and general junk. We limit this service to
    lawn and garden materials only!

  • We cannot clean underground gutter clean outs/drains at this time.

  •  Flower bed/Planter - Planting and transplants, Starts at $75/hr, $25 min.
  •  Construction & Design - Call us for a quote.

  •  Materials: You will be required to pay TBS for any purchases made on your behalf at the retail
    price, prior to planting. You may also prepay your material supplier and arrange for us to pick it
    up for a small fee.

  •  Planting of large trees or plants require an independent quote.

  •  Over seeding, $25 minimum or $1.50/sf + cost of materials. (Ground prep extra!)

  •  Sod/Plug installation/ground prep/leveling, Call for quote

  •  Christmas light installation starts at $100.

  •  Removal of Christmas light & decorations starts at $50 for non-customers.

  •  $20 charge for Estimates requested on days that we are typically closed.

  •  $50 Up-charge for ALL services performed at a customers request, on any Holiday or day in
    which we are closed!

  •  $10 pet dropping 'mow over' fee. This fee can be avoided by picking up all pet droppings prior
    to our arrival. You will know your scheduled day & time in advance. Continued failure to
    maintain this will result in service termination.

  •  $15 return to site fee for failure to contain pet(s) or unlock gates.

  •  ALL GRASSES OVER 10" ARE NO LESS THAN $100 TO START! There are no
    exceptions to this.

We offer many service schedules.
Weekly, alternate weeks & mixed monthly service, though we
recommend a weekly service to avoid brown patches, lay-over, and
inconsistent growth patterns.
All services are rated on an individual basis ONLY.
These are "ballpark" estimates ONLY!
Each property is different and unique and may or may not meet these prices.
Our rates will depend largely upon the type of service(s), combination of,  
and frequency of service & schedule that you want.
